The Rooms
Each suite features old-fashioned luxurious safari tents, reminiscent of a by-gone era. There are nine in total, seven twins and two doubles each measuring up to 270 square metres in size. There are beautiful ensuite bathrooms which feature both indoor and outdoor showers, as well as a veranda with a private plunge pool.
Spectacular Game Viewing
Jack’s Camp is ideally situated to explore and discover the wildlife and diversity of the surrounding landscapes. Guests can look forward to spotting year-round desert wildlife including oryx, brown hyena, Kalahari lion as well as nocturnal animals spotted in night drives such as aardvark, honey badger, porcupine, and bat eared fox. Don’t miss the opportunity to get up close with a group of habituated meerkats and enjoy the once in a lifetime opportunity to view the annual zebra and wildebeest migration.
Spoiled for choice
With the wide variety of extraordinary activities on offer, guests can look forward to quad biking to Kubu Island, sleeping out under the stars amongst giant boulders and ancient baobabs, spotting a wide selection of wildlife on a horse-riding safari or a desert game drive, and discover the ancient secrets of the landscape on a walking tour with the local Zu/’Hoasi Bushmen of the Kalahari. Don’t miss a visit to Chapman’s Baobab, the third largest tree in Africa!
All-year-round activities
- A maximum of three safari vehicles are allowed at any one sighting, avoiding overcrowding and making for a top-notch safari experience.
