Londolozi does not run any specials, as it is such a sought after destination and prides itself on the experience it provides to it’s guests and the value and worth of that experience. They do not want to tarnish that experience by running specials. For a brief period during the pandemic Londolozi offered some limited local-only rates but those were only available for a very short period until their regular guests were able to visit again and reschedule their trips. Now that the world of travel has returned to normal, Londolozi is only available at their full rates, which depend on which camp you wish to visit. Even though there are no “Londolozi specials” our expert travel consultants can organise you a safari trip of a lifetime, whether that includes Londolozi or not.

We highly recommend including Londolozi in your travel plans as it is indeed a special experience, but for some travellers it is simply out of their budget. In these cases our travel experts work with our guest to make sure they have a remarkable experience but one that better fits their budget and travel needs.

Sitting on the southern banks of the Sand River, Londolozi boasts five distinct camps, each with its own personality and charm. Pioneer Camp, the westernmost camp, transports guests back in time with vintage maps and images dating back to 1926. Following that is Founders Camp, which is known for its light and open deck area filled with photos of Londolozi’s original members. On bright days, guests at Founders Camp can sip Aperol Spritz cocktails while watching the riverbed’s enormous boulders looking to spot any animals moving down the riverbed. The Private Granite Suites are next, where visitors enter a luxurious atmosphere decorated with small granite pebbles and large photos of elephants. Varty Camp, the original Londolozi camp, is the busiest and the centre of activity. It has a gym, boutique, photography studio, and healing house, as well as a magnificent Jackalberry tree in the center of the main deck. Londolozi’s original title deed and mud cottages from the 1960s remind visitors of the area’s rich history. Finally, Tree Camp sits on the Eastern edge of the lodge offering an exclusive adults only bush experience.
