The Rooms
With twin beds that can be made into one large bed framed by mosquito nets, each tent boasts a stylish simplicity and boundless character. There are eight safari tents each with its own ensuite bathroom and shower. Don’t miss a stay in this comfortable and welcoming camp.
Astonishing Wildlife
Enjoy a nightcap in the open-air boma and watch the nocturnal animals come to the watering hole for a drink, spend an afternoon in the ground level hide alongside the watering hole, which is great for photographers to capture some unique shots; and spot a wide variety of animals including giraffe, zebra, hippo, wild dog, buffalo and a variety of antelope including waterbuck, red lechwe, kudu, impala and roan.
Year-Round Activities
Visitors can look forward to an array of wonderful activities including enjoying morning and afternoon game drives through the 200,000-hectare concession, take in the bird’s-eye views from the top of a five-metre high elevated platform and enjoy a fascinating game walk with one of the knowledgeable guides. Visitors can enjoy a classic African safari experience in the game-rich Khwai River region of the Okavango Delta.
What We Love
The design and decor are masterfully considered, with artists collaborating on individual works for each suite; the lodge boasts magnificent tree-inspired chandeliers and lamps, including a large installation of bee-eaters suspended in midair in the bar. Guests can laze in handwoven nests, swinging from a jackalberry tree or relax on an oversized daybed on the wooden deck. Keen photographers can head to the Silvan Studio, a state-of-the-art facility equipped with all that is needed to ensure visitors return home with a gallery of memories.
