Anahita is a very relaxing resort situated on the East coast of Mauritius, edged with the dreamiest turquoise waters and tropical greenery offering beautiful views at every turn.
The Rooms
All villas are in stand-alone buildings that come with private pools and outdoor showers. Each villa terrace looks out over either the garden, mangrove, ocean or onto the pristine beach, and has a covered patio and dining area for al fresco dinners. There are five different types of villas:
Garden pool; Island garden; Island ocean pool; Island beach pool; Premium island pool.

Some of the sustainability initiatives implemented include a focus on improving recycling efforts and reducing water consumption in all Four Seasons hotels, resorts, and residences around the world, with particular attention to regions where water is scarce. The Four Seasons group are proud to help drive collective action across the hospitality industry through their industry associations, including through their participation in the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (SHA) and the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) Sustainability Committee. As members of SHA since 2012, their teams have supported the development of industry materials, including the Pathway for Net Positive, Hotel Waste Measurement Methodology and Hotel Net Zero Methodology.
What We Love
What makes Anahita extra-special in our eyes is that the hotel and whole experience is seamless, and it is almost like one floats from one activity to the next in the calmest way as the atmosphere is so relaxing. The emerald green of the lagoon leading out to the sea lends itself to a bit of “out-of-this-world-magic”, and an opportunity to wile away the hours swimming or snorkelling.
